Privacy Policy — Limbwalkers Unlimited Content Tools

Limbwalkers Unlimited is a tree service in the Tampa, Florida area (Brandon, Valrico, Riverview and nearby towns), owned and operated by Robert. "Limbwalkers Content Tools" is internal software, run on our own server, that helps the owner draft and publish content — job-site videos, photos, and posts — to the business's own social and business accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile). It is used by the business owner only. It is not a product, has no other users, and offers no accounts to the public.

What information the tools handle

• Our own account credentials. OAuth tokens that let the tools post to the business's own pages and channels. They are stored on our private server, readable only by the tools, and are never shared.
• Our own media. Photos and videos we film on our own jobs (with the customer's permission where a property is identifiable).
• Customer contact details we type in ourselves. Names, phone numbers, and quote details of our customers, kept privately on our server so we can follow up on estimates. Every follow-up text is written or reviewed and sent personally by the owner from his own phone. We honor any request to stop ("STOP" or plain English) immediately.

Google user data (YouTube and Google Business Profile)

The tools access only the business's own YouTube channel and own Google Business Profile, through Google's official APIs, solely to upload our videos and publish our posts. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tools use YouTube API Services; by that use we are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. Google data is not shared with anyone, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. Access can be revoked at any time at Google security settings.

Meta platform data (Facebook and Instagram)

The tools post to the business's own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account through Meta's official APIs. They do not read, collect or store any data about any other Facebook or Instagram user.

AI services

Our own job-site videos and photos may be processed by AI services to draft captions and cut clips. Customer names and phone numbers are not sent to those services.

What we never do

• No selling, renting, or sharing of any personal information.
• No advertising or tracking of any kind. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
• No automated messages to customers. A person sends every message.

Retention and deletion

Customer contact details are kept only as long as they are useful for serving that customer, and are deleted on request. To ask what we have about you or to have it deleted, use the contact below — we will answer within a few days.
